For the past couple nights/mornings, I purposely have not made my bed in the morning. Why? It’s an experiment to see if crawling into an unmade, comfy looking bed will aid in falling asleep faster. The conclusion, yes it did (or does). There was a study I read about this so I decided to try it. Do you find it difficult to fall asleep some nights? Out the Ambien aside and commit to giving this a try! ✌️
